Wonderful location in the heart of the old town.

My experience was significantly marred by the lack of amenities in the bathroom, as it only featured an all-in-one body wash instead of separate shampoo and conditioner. The room felt cramped with very poor ventilation, leading to a constant mildew smell. Additionally, I found the cleaning staff to be inconsiderate, as they barged in while I was still in the room without waiting for a response.

The exceptional service truly stood out. they even offered medical assistance for my partner. The beautiful views of the high mountains from our room made our stay feel magical.

The staff were friendly and extremely helpful! Our room was very clean, with a comfortable bed and pillows. The Wi-Fi connection was excellent, which made my stay smooth. It was also delightful to enjoy breakfast along the river, creating a lovely start to the day.

The air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool when it was hot outside!!! There were also instances of unpleasant smells in the hallway, and issues with malfunctioning Wi-Fi codes during the stay!!!

However, it could get pretty warm at night without air conditioning, and the toiletries were just basic liquid dispensers, which was a bit disappointing.

Just an ideal choice for a city escape in Annecy with great value-to-price ratio. The complimentary access to PressReader for newspapers from around the world was a nice touch during my stay. Make sure to try the delicious pastries nearby!
